Jacob died 11th feb 2007 , i have changed this page so many times , he had duchenne muscular
dystropy ..loved by all and a wicked sense of humour and as bright as a button ....stubborn as a
mule !!!! x
I kept thinking of so many things that he achieved during his short life i would have added and
added. The only word that that i can find to actually fit him and everyone who knew him will know
this
UNIQUE .............Jacob was born in unique way , lived a unique way , and died a unique way.
Thankyou Jacob, forgive me for thinking you were safe xxxxx and thankyou for letting me borrow you
xxxxx P.s you did everything you swam alone with your floats you went up slides you rode camels even
when not walking..you built sandcastles , you got buried even up until last summer. You are so
missed. YOU never stood a chance they made mistake after mistake after mistake, in my eyes it is a
travesty the crisis of the nhs , i will take it to the high court if i have to they have admitted
fault just see what the nhs big wigs think about finishing off a child whose life is already in the
balance ! and i will get the justice you so rightly deserve ! We all lost you twice. Im on a
mission and i will never settle ....why would i? You never did !
A special thanks to Kingston Park , they played a major part in Jacob's life . Thanks to Benfield
school jacob didnt attend for very long but enjoyed it and thanks to St catherines for their
support.

Lastly id like to be able to able to say thanks to the man that fathered my children but i cannot
and i never will ..they both realised a long time ago what a waste of time he was. Its lovely to
take the time to light candles and i thank all who do so , they will all be left and not edited. P.s
guess what Jacob the hospital have no record of you all night form 10 until 6 , how convenenient !!
thats the part we need them to admit...so im getting the parents together for that one , we know
what happened dont we Jacob and again i will get justice if its the last thing i do !! xxx much love

Emma Porter, three days after my son in the same hosptial and same ward , we exchanged numbers but
somehow in the confusion that followed for us both and our kids we never contacted each other. Both
of us parents know what the ward was like and the lack of staff and the lack of care ..I am right
behind you Marie x .
